Nigerian singer and record label boss, Naira Marley, has stirred conversations online after cautioning young people against excessive sports betting
In a post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) page on Sunday, September 14, 2025 the Marlian Music chief advised youths to rethink their reliance on football betting as a source of income.
“Football bet no be work bro. Please stop before they finish you,” he wrote. In a follow-up tweet, he added: “You are far too smart to be the only thing standing in your way.”
