World record holder Tobi Amusan has advanced to the finals of the women’s 100m hurdles at the ongoing World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, Japan.
The 28-year-old booked her spot in the final on Monday, September 15, 2025 clocking a time of 12.36s. She finished ahead of Nadine Visser in 12.45s and Pia Skrzyszowska with 12.51s.The 28-year-old has been at the center of attention before the start of the competition when she called out the Athletics Federation of Nigeria for sending inappropriate kits for her.
